About us
At 4Women Psychology, every psychologist who works with us shares our commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and affirming care for women and girls at every stage of life. Our team is guided by the 4Women Pillars, Continuity of Care, Collaboration, Compassion, and Clinical Integrity, ensuring our clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
We embrace a neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based approach, valuing each person’s individuality and lived experience. This means we recognise the unique ways our clients think, feel, and navigate the world. We walk alongside each client with respect, empathy, and unwavering support, helping her to navigate challenges, embrace her strengths, and thrive on her own terms.

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor. I like to describe myself as an enthusiastic, compassionate and warm therapist. My values are empowerment, self-advocacy, and authenticity. I place great emphasis on developing meaningful relationships with clients to provide a safe space to empower clients to improve their wellbeing through evidence-based treatments.
I am a neurodiversity affirming clinician and take a strength and interests based approach with the aim to understand my client’s needs from their perspective and life experiences. I use a neurotype/identity model instead of medical/disorder model and I aim to understand and respect neurodivergent communication styles.
Outside of work, I love hanging out with my husband, daughter (human) and son (Pip the Cavoodle). I enjoy swimming, reading, napping, and eating good food. I can’t live without coffee and chocolate.
