At 4Women Psychology, we’re building more than a practice. We are creating a supportive, values-driven space where psychologists can thrive.
We work specifically with women (18+), offering compassionate and neuroaffirming care.
Rather than recruiting for one fixed role, we are open to creating a position around the right person. That might be a senior psychologist looking for a smaller clinical load with more supervision opportunities, or a psychologist wanting to develop a particular area of interest within women’s mental health.
Permanent part-time or contractor arrangements are both possible, with flexibility around days and hours.

Essential Requirements:
-Fully registered with AHPRA as General or Endorsed Psychologist
-Has full working rights in Australia
-Is eligible to register with Medicare
